Problem Areas Addressed
AgricultureLack of Knowledge on Innovative Agricultural Practices
Leads to poor soil fertility, low crop productivity, and diminished yields for smallholder farmers.
Dependence on Dry Land Farming & Limited Irrigation
Results in erratic productivity, high vulnerability to seasonal rainfall variations, and acute distress during climate fluctuations.
Lack of Employment Opportunities in the Community
Limited local livelihood options create chronic economic insecurity and seasonal distress, impacting women and rural youth most severely.
SkillsLack of Skills in Livelihood & Vocational Activities
Absence of structured vocational training limits families from diversifying their household incomes into viable non-farm vocations.
